Look out to the Great Wall of China, as you coast through the Middle Kingdom. The vast repertoire of the country’s gastronomy is presented through three main cooking styles. The delicate cuisine of China's northern region is dominated by that of Beijing, the home of China's Imperial cuisine. Then there is the most celebrated style within and outside the country as well as the most sophisticated - Cantonese. Finally, Sichuan cooking’s vibrant dishes stand out for their use of some unique spices including Sichuan peppercorn and cassia bark. Dishes from other provinces complete the China sojourn.
Interspersed among the appetisers, soups and main course, you will get a chance to encounter Thailand, with its inventive, exciting, playful and consistently brilliant cuisine that tells many stories of the region, from the past to the present.
Japan will highlight the teppanyaki style. Derived from teppan or iron plate and yaki, which means grilled, broiled, or pan-fried, teppanyaki refers to dishes cooked using an iron plate, including steak, shrimp, okonomiyaki, yakisoba and monjayaki. Quintessential winter eating, you will be satiated, sitting by the sun sprayed bay windows on a cold winter day.

Chef Vaibhav Bhargava elucidates, “With our new menu, guests will experience the best of China, Thailand and Japan. What is noteworthy in our new signature dishes is that we have combined some traditional recipes and have given them an eclectic twist, for instance in the case of crispy prawns in wasabi mayo.”
