30ml Rhum Clement (or white rum)
30ml Ron Zacapa 23/Appletons Estate (dark rum)
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Cointreau/Triple Sec
10ml Orgeat Syrup
15ml Gomme

Dash Angostura bitters

Add all ingredients to boston.
Add ice.
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass.
Top with ice (preferably crushed ice)
Garnish: Mint Sprig
