As for me, I'm looking forward to the duck liver parfait with toasted brioche and intoxicating sauterne jelly. Then there’s the char-grilled beef fillet with truffle oil mash, green beans and red wine jus, plus, lamb chops served with bubble and squeak and minted gravy and raspberry Pavlova filled with berry cream, and served with honeycomb ice cream. Some kinds of love just leave you breathless.
